The Hugh Owen Library is the main University Library and the centre of administration for Information Services. Based on Penglais campus [map], it provides a space to study, whether you wish to study quietly on your own or with others. A range of facilities are provided both to help you with your studies and for quiet relaxation.
All University staff and students can borrow up to 40 items at any one time.
You can borrow most books for one week and these will be automatically renewed for you each week until someone else needs the book and requests it, or the book reaches its maximum 12 months loan period.
You will only be fined if you do not bring the book back when it is recalled by another user. Find further details on borrowing here.
