Is there a list already in Aspire?
Do you have all information about the module?

There are instructions that you can follow to see whether there is already a list in Aspire.

You may repurpose an archived the list from two or more years ago to save time

You will need certain information about the module:

Module Code
Module Title
Module Coordinator
Semester(s)
Distance or Lifelong Learning

Other information to consider

Can your list serve more than one module?
Can I copy an existing list?

The same module can be taught in both the 2nd and 3rd year, or the module is taught in Welsh and English. You can save time by attaching the same list to multiple modules. This video also show you how to do it.

If you are adding a list which if similar but not the same as an existing list, you can copy and amend it.
